Important Information

  • Once you make the order, we will dispatch your order within 72 hours.
  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.


All orders are shipped USPS. Product prices displayed are exclusive of GoGuis Company has with USPS. Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not GoGuis Company.

Important: Not Free delivery for the delivery outside US. 


Should you wish to return/exchange an order, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving the order by email to quoting your name an order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s). Please keep your Proof of Purchase safe.

Once we have received the return, we will gladly, a credit of the amount, less the cost of original shipping, will be issued in the form of a promo code to be used online.

Please note that all customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items.

The following items are NOT refundable: sale items and accessories.

Hair Accessories

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange on ALL hair accessories.

Shopping in Shows and Expos

All purchases made at a show or Expo will be final and can not be returned.
